Production capacity/annum : 30,000 Bags & 30,000 purses
Various components of the product are marked as per the pattern in leather and cut into components. The components are then skived. Then the adhesive is applied to the components and the lining is attached. The excess lining is trimmed and the articles are reversed inside cut, fittings are attached as the case may be. The colour is then applied followed by polishing and finishing. The products are stamped with brand names, inspected and packed for dispatch.
