Health Awareness

India is a densely populated country where a large number of people live without access to the basic education and primary health facilities. The situation is more complex in rural villages comparing to the urban areas.

Their houses are poorly established and do not have proper supply of water and electricity. They somehow manage little water from resources available at the distant places and hardly think of having shower, clean their cloths and renovate their shelters.

In addition to their poor socio economic condition, another major cause of their sufferings is lack of education and public awareness.

Vivid Foundation, time to time do awareness programme related to health, with help of volunteer Doctors, who devote their time for the betterment of the society. Health related awareness programmes content the following objectives:-

  1. To increase public awareness that disease are significant public health problem.
  2. To increase public awareness of symptoms and signs of disease.
  3. To improve the knowledge and attitudes of patients about detection, treatment and control of disease.
  4. To promote the family and community educational materialessential for positive lifestyle habits.
  5. To create public awareness about the ill=effects of alcohol, smoking and drugs, etc.

This health awareness programme will also focus to develop a panel of local people who can handle any critical situation. These programms help local community:-

  1. To increase knowledge, attitude and skills of all health professionalsregarding sign, symptoms and management strategies for health hazards to improve disease control.
  2. To encourage health professionals to treat patients carefully.
  3. To develop resource and material for use of health professionals.
  4. To promote research all over the world to curb health hazards.
  5. To encourage continuing educational programmes on accurateinformation on diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

ग््राामीण या गाँव के बारे में हम सभी जानते हैं कि गाँव या देहात का क्षेत्र काफी पिछड़े इलाके में आता है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों मे खेती का कार्य सबसे अधिक किया जाता है। गाँव मे लोगो का प्रमुख साधन खेती माना जाता है। यह लोगो की प्रमुख आजीविका हैं। खेती से गेहूँ,चावल,गन्ना आदि का उत्पादन बड़ी मात्रा में किया जा रहा है,लेकिन आज भी हम पुरानी तकनीकी का उपयोग कर रहे है। इस तरफ किसी का ध्यान नही दिया जा रहा है। सरकार भी काफी कार्य कर रही है लेकिन खास फर्क दिखाई नही दे रहा है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र मे आज भी स्कूलों,अस्पतालों
षौचलय ,थाने की कमी पाई जाती है जिससे षिक्षा का स्तर गिर गया है और अस्पतालों में भी
काफी बुरी हालात मे पाये जाते हैं। ग्रामीण का विकास को बड़ी तेजी से बढ़ाने के लिए सरकार को बढ़ चढकर काम करना पडे़गा । विविड फाउडेषन ग्रामीण विकास के कार्य को बढ़ चढकर भाग ले रही है। विविड फाउडेषन अलग– अलग प्रकार की सुविधा पहुंँचा रही
है जिससे लोगो को काफी सहायता मिल रही है। इन सब का फायदा अधिक – अधिक ले पा रहे जिससे प्रतिभा को कमी न सके। इन सब काम को हम विविड फाउडेषन के अथक प्रयास से यह कार्य संभव हो पा रहा है। गाँव मेे कुटीर उद्योगो को अधिक पहुँचाने का कार्य करना
और उन्हें स्वरोजगार बनाया जा रहा है। महिलाओं को भी आगे बढने के अवसर दिये जा रहे है जिससे महिलायों का आत्मविष्वास बढ़ रहा है। लोगो में जागरूक होते नजर आ रहे है। और
विविड फाउडेषन लोगों के दिल में जगह बनाती जा रही है।
